Birth Preparation Classes
If you need Birth Preparation help and advice I am happy to help - this can be held in group sessions or individually in the comfort of your own home - ask me where to go.
Refresher Classes maybe this is not your first baby but your first pregnancy here in Spain - I will gladly have a session with you explaining how your pregnancy will progress here with information and help on how it all works down here on the coast.
Post-natal Care:
I give full care and support to you and your new family. The postnatal period is a very special time when you and your partner get to know your baby. Becoming a parent can be demanding but with good support it can also be a wonderful experience. I make visits to your home - supporting with breastfeeding, carry out baby's screening tests (heal prick test) and give guidance and advice where needed helping with the bonding process- an added advantage is that my phone is always on and I am happy to help!
Baby support and Guidance:
this includes baby weighing, assessment & developmental checks, breast feeding/weaning advice and the Immunisation Programme for your child. I will happily come to your home and help with those questions.
Maternity Nursing: Baby Sleeping
Do you need help implementing a sleep routine - are you exhausted and needing a good nights sleep? Baby struggling with feeding and sleeping - I can help you regain your sanity!
